Have a 75g tank that ran great for 9 months. Had an unnoticed death(got stuck behind heater) and had an ammonia explosion. Literally ammonia tested so high is was off darker than the color chart. My wife did absolutely everything to save our tank, water changes, ammo guard and anything we could think of. Unfortunately we lost all of our friends. Drained the tank, washed everything changed out filter media and started over, used Dr. Tim's one and done. Battled high ammonia for a few days and now my cycle is finally where it needs to be currently sporting a female betta (sole survivor of the ammonia blow out), 2 peacock eels and 3 sterbas Cory's. Can hardly wait to get some blue acaras and some geophagis altifrans back in

Good evening, I really need some advice, I have a 200ltre tank with 20 cichlids in it. I have to in tank pump/ filters running in it but it’s really struggling. What in your opinion on what I could run as a internal pump. I have no space for a canister set up or a hangs over. Thank you

Very helpful! I'm switching my tank from glass pebbles to sand. The pebbles are smaller than gravel & smooth but I think my corys would love sand more

You do what you do, ppl looking for these vids are searching them out, and searching out these channels, not just looking at a feed. It like musicians, who's on the radio, well what better bands are not being played on the radio....millions, is what it is, make yours shit great, and the word will spread, then they search you out.

Would I like about your videos is the fact that at one time you figured out what was wrong with your filters and how to go about fixing them you and I are around the same age and we have a tendency to use our heads and common sense when it comes to problems and problem-solving

You could use and ATO with an optical sensor like they do in the saltwater world like the one from Tunze and I think Hygger even has an ATO.

Make sure your ATO reservoir is large enough so it does not run dry and require frequent replenishment with water I have a 15 gallon reservoir servicing my 340 and 500 gallon sumps. Still needs to be refilled about every 10 days

I hope to have a couple cichlid tank eventually. I really like yellow labs and the multi shell dwellers. Unfortunately I don’t have the room or budget for that at the moment but it’s on the bucket list for sure

I used to have a PAIR of the golden/yellow sevrums...that size...they ALWAYS HUNG TOGETHER...I WOULD SUGESST MAKING IT A PAIR. Makes a huge difference in your tank!..try it!!.Love the channel!
